To explore the options and practise the skills needed to enable young people to make positive choices around sexual health; and different methods of contraception available to young people.

To increase young people’s understanding on the law as it relates to sex and relationships.
To explore how young people can recognise, negotiate, give, refuse and stop consent.
To ensure that young people feel empowered when making individual choices relating to sex and relationships.
ONLINE DIGITAL LIFE
To increase young people’s knowledge about rights and responsibilities in relation to their online life.
To explore and provide a safe space for young people to think about the complexities of online life and relationships.
To ensure young people’s understanding of the risks and benefits of digital relationships.
HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS
To increase young people’s understanding of healthy, inclusive and diverse relationships.
To ensure that young people can recognise harmful behaviours and explore how to deal with them.

To increase young people’s knowledge about sex in the context of the law.
